ETKS Travel Service Co.,Ltd provides On-line tour reservation and Off-line payment methods at present. We endeavor to serve you with most secure online payment in the future after some surveys on whether our clients willing to pay online or not for their travels to Mongolia. So we would appreciate very much if you could fill the related cell in the tour order form, however, we don't provide online payment service for the time being.
Once you choose your itinerary on our web, you would be asked to fill the tour order form, or if you like to have a custom program, fill the relevant form for price and other inquiries. We will calculate up-to-date cost of your trip and check the availability of connecting services such as accommodations, domestic transportations, entertainments and etc.

Reservations shall be made through you or your travel agent, by Email or by fax, with our request of 20 percent deposit from the total cost to wire into our account within 7 days of confirmation of booking.

All quotations are subject to availability and any booking not deposited with us by this time will automatically cancel without notification to you or your travel agent.

We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case the accommodation operator overbooks their property or for any reason beyond our control.

Final payment is to reach ETKS Travel Service Co., Ltd no later than 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise advised. If for any reason your balance payment is not received by us on or before due dates, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and to access the appropriate cancellation charges. All rates and fares are in US Dollars (unless otherwise noted).

Late bookings made within 14 days of departure will only be accepted if accompanied by full payment to our account. A late booking fee of US$25 per person may be applied to cover additional handling and ensure speedy processing and postage.

The following cancellation policy will be applied:

" Deposited bookings cancelled 25 or more days prior to travel - Deposit is non refundable
" Fully paid bookings cancelled 25 days or more prior to travel - Deposit plus any fees levied by the suppliers
" All bookings cancelled inside 25 days prior to travel - Deposit plus any fees levied by the suppliers
" Bookings cancelled within 7 days of travel - No refund

Cancellations must be in writing and should be addressed to the Admin of our company vie email or fax.

Amendment Fee of US$50.00 is charged per booking if you change your itinerary after full payment and final documents are issued. This is in addition to any cancellation fees applied by accommodation/flight and other suppliers. (If applicable)

Travel costs include: domestic flight, transportation within Mongolia, hotels and tourist camps, three meals per day, guide service, all sightseeing costs, all transfers between airport and hotel, all support staff including drivers, camel and horse men.

Travel costs do not include: Any costs incurred en route to and from Mongolia, travel insurance, visa, departure tax, telephone calls, drinks, tips and items of personal nature.

Responsibilities & liability: In common with other companies, ETKS Travel Service Co., Ltd acts only as an agent for tour members in arranging for room accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, admissions and restaurant reservations as appropriate and agreed in each itinerary. As such, ETKS Travel Service Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers, or otherwise in connection therewith, of any hotel owner, manager or employee and for other circumstances beyond its control.

ETKS Travel Service Co., Ltd accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay, changes, or cancellations in train, bus, airplanes or other services, sickness, weather, war, strikes, quarantine, or other causes.

ETKS Travel Service Co., Ltd strongly recommends that all persons traveling obtain appropriate insurance coverage.
